Our Chicken Biryani is built the traditional way — par-cooked basmati rice layered with marinated halal chicken and a fragrant blend of whole spices, then slow-steamed (dum-cooked) so the rice absorbs every bit of flavour from the meat and masala below.
Each portion is finished with fried onions, fresh cilantro and mint, and served with raita on the side. It's one of our most popular delivery items across Castleridge and the surrounding neighbourhoods.
